At NEOM, we are engaged in an enduring contemplation of our most essential questions: What are we, and why are we here? The debut of the NEOM project seeks to restore this harmony by embodying the Creative Spirit as The Black—a living, amorphous, and omnipotent force that resides within us and throughout the cosmos. It is the fertile void from which all visions are born. As we deepen our relationship with The Black, we begin to perceive it everywhere—flowing through every human endeavor, animating our designs and expressions, and reminding us of our truest calling: to imagine, and to create.
